How does it work to sing on Zoom?
Sing Dance Do! limits group size to 23 participants so that I can see everyone on my screen at once (with room for a guest teacher and myself). This makes it easier to connect with one another and to try out new ways of singing together online. For the most part, participants are muted. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who might otherwise feel nervous about being in a singing group. For those times when we want to be heard, there are opportunities to be unmuted. I teach songs by ear and sometimes add movements. The 'do' of Sing Dance Do! refers to a creative/community element. For example, we have used questions of self reflection between songs, made protest signs to sing with, and sang to our gardens. The JOY of singing is number one here!

How much does membership cost?
Annual Membership - $420
- 36 weeks of singing for less than $12 per hour long class

Can I try it out before I commit?
Yes! Demo classes and free events are held every season.
What if I miss a class?
Sorry. There are no make ups or credits.
What if I need a payment plan or I can't afford to pay?

There are two work trade spaces available each season at half price ($81 a season, $6.75 per class). Send me an email explaining why you value singing with Sing Dance Do! and what skills you could offer the choir (zoom tech host, marketing, your special skills).

What is your refund policy?
Cancellations before the first class of the season will be refunded minus a $25 admin fee. All cancellations and refund requests need to be submitted in writing. There are no refunds after the first week.
Your annual membership can be cancelled at any time. You will be refunded the unused season(s) of the tuition, minus a $50 admin fee. All cancellations need to be requested in writing.
